September 29, 2026 — NDT Global today announced that Paul Cooper, previously President, has become Chief Executive Officer and Martin Thériault has transitioned to the newly created role of Executive Chairman, effective September 21, 2026. The new leadership model strengthens NDT Global’s ability to deliver on its strategic plan while pursuing the opportunities that will shape its future.
As CEO, Paul will set the company’s priorities, lead its growth and focus the organization on creating value for customers, employees and shareholders. As Executive Chairman, Martin will work closely with Paul and the leadership team on NDT Global’s long-term vision, innovation roadmap, value creation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and relationships with the Board and shareholders.
