Paul Cooper
CEO

Paul has over 20 years of experience managing innovative technical inspection companies, bringing new advanced solutions to the market. His wide range of industry experience and successful business track record includes CEO and senior leadership roles at TSC Subsea, Halfwave, Oceaneering, and AGR Pipetech where his skills in management, market development, growth strategy, and sales played key roles in the achievement of outstanding performances.

Further to these experiences, Paul also held the position of Senior VP, Technology as a Service (TaaS) at Previan, NDT Global’s parent company, where he steered the deployment of the business strategy within Previan’s business units, stimulating growth and alignment with the company’s mission to keep the world’s infrastructure safe and productive.

Louis-Georges Gauvin
Chief Financial Officer

Louis-Georges Gauvin is Chief Financial Officer of NDT Global, bringing more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership. He joined Eddyfi in 2016 and played a key role in the group’s acquisition of NDT Global, supporting its expansion in advanced inspection technologies through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. His approach to value creation combines financial discipline with a strong belief in innovation and human expertise. Previously, Louis-Georges held CFO roles at Unipex, Groupe Alta and Biogénie, having begun his career at Deloitte. A Chartered Professional Accountant, he holds an MBA from Université Laval.

Dr. Thomas Hennig
Chief of Technology

Thomas started his career 15 years ago in a pipeline inspection research center, focused on MFL Hardware and Software development. Throughout his career, Thomas has led interdisciplinary teams for Ultrasonic corrosion Data analysis, Software, and algorithm development.

When joining NDT Global ten years ago, Thomas took over the role of a Product Manager responsible for the liquid ILI services provided by the company. He has been an advocate of the creation of Ultrasonic Geometry and Enhanced sizing, Eclipse and Proton (Phased Array) development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our services.

In early 2020, Thomas joined the RnD department as VP Technology. He is now focusing on managing the global team to develop the latest technologies for even more accurate and precise pipeline inspection solutions.

Simon Richard
Chief Strategy Officer

Simon Richard is Chief Strategy Officer of NDT Global, bringing more than 25 years of experience across strategy, corporate development, business leadership and law. He joined Previan in 2020 and became Chief Strategy Officer in 2023 before assuming his current role in January 2026. Previously, Simon held senior leadership positions at Hydro-Québec, Camso and CAE. At Camso, he led corporate development and played a central role in the company’s sale to Michelin in 2018. He began his career at Stikeman Elliott before joining McKinsey & Company. Simon holds degrees in civil and common law from McGill University and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.

Koty Bogle
Senior Vice President, ILI Operations

With more than 15 years of experience in inline inspection (ILI), Koty has been at the forefront of advancing high-resolution pipeline assessment technologies. As Senior Vice President, ILI Operations, he brings extensive operational and technical expertise, building on his successful leadership of NDT Global's MFL Operations as Vice President. His proven track record of operational excellence, customer focus, and team leadership is instrumental in strengthening consistency, scalability, and performance across the company's global operations.

A dedicated industry expert, Koty has deep experience in pipeline integrity programs, data analysis, and global operations. He is committed to delivering operational excellence that empowers our customers to achieve safer operations, sustainable growth, and long-term value.

Muthu Chandrasekaran
Senior Vice President, Global Sales

With over two decades of leadership experience in the energy sector, Muthu has established a proven track record in driving corporate strategy, business development, and managing divisional P&L operations. As a key leader at NDT Global, he spearheads the organization’s revenue and growth strategies while overseeing global business development initiatives.

Muthu began his career at Pure Technologies, where he excelled in leadership roles as the Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Corporate Strategy, and Senior Vice President of Energy Pipelines with full P&L accountability, and was a key member of the senior leadership team when the company was acquired by Xylem Inc. Prior to joining NDT Global, he served as Vice President at Xylem, where he was responsible for two divisions within the Advanced Infrastructure Analytics unit—a key growth area for the company providing high-value solutions to manage infrastructure integrity.

A registered professional engineer, Muthu holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, underscoring his technical foundation and commitment to excellence in the industry. He has also completed numerous leadership & Finance programs at the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Garrett Fitzsimons
Senior Vice President, Data

With over 25 years of building successful data and software teams (IBM, DHL, EDS), Garrett has an in-depth knowledge of how to address business problems with technology. He is responsible for all data topics within NDT Global concerning data analysis, integrity services, big data, business intelligence, software, governance, and infrastructure.

Garrett is passionate about delivering clarity for our customers through better data outcomes, focusing on engagement and on quality of content and delivery. Prior to NDT Global, Garrett was Director of Data Engineering at ServiceSource where he delivered data solutions to the world's largest technology organizations including Google, Microsoft, and Red Hat.

Stuart Kenny
Senior Vice President, Products

With over 20 years of experience in non-destructive testing (NDT), Stuart brings deep technical expertise, a strong academic foundation, and a robust technical and leadership background. He began his career in 2003 at TWI, one of the world’s leading independent research and technology organizations, before moving into advanced NDT roles. Stuart then spent a decade at Oceaneering, progressing from Principal Engineer in ultrasonic testing (UT) to Global Manager of the Advanced NDT division.

Prior to joining NDT Global, Stuart served for over three years as the Vice President and General Manager of TSC Subsea, driving global growth and innovation in subsea inspection technologies. Before that, he was General Manager – Silverwing at Eddyfi Technologies, where he was responsible for product management and technology development for a portfolio of advanced inspection tools.

Stuart holds a Master’s degree in NDT and industry Level III certifications in UT, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), and Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD). Stuart is a charted engineer and a fellow of the British Institute of NDT.
